All shipments are processed by GLS Belgium with FlexDeliveryService.
Your package will be sent to the address entered in your order.
With the FlexDeliveryService, GLS informs you when you can expect a delivery. You can then choose from different delivery options.
Your package can be traced via the tracking number you receive after placing your order.
Standard shipping: 1-3 business days.

Pick up in store
If you have chosen to "pick up in store", your package can be picked up at our store in Bruges.
Address: Nine One One Skateshop, Eiermarkt 7 8000 Bruges.
Would you like to pick up your package at one of our other stores (Ghent, Ostend or Turnhout)? This is possible by sending an e-mail to email@example.com after you have placed your order.
In this e-mail please state your order number and the location where you want to pick up your package.
With this option you must take into account a shipping cost of € 5 if the total of your order does not exceed € 99. Also allow 1-3 business days for your order to be available at this other location.
In the event that your product does not meet your expectations (wrong size or defect), you must report this by telephone or by email within 48 hours of receiving your package (+32 50 614 091; firstname.lastname@example.org). Our customer service will then help you further with processing the return.
This can then be returned to one of our stores or picked up by our carrier. If you opt for collection by the carrier, you must take into account a collection fee of € 10 for pick up within the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg).
For pick-ups outside of the Benelux, different fees may apply.
