All shipments are processed by GLS Belgium with FlexDeliveryService. Your package will be sent to the address entered in your order. With the FlexDeliveryService, GLS informs you when you send the package that you can expect a delivery. You can then choose from different delivery options. Your package can be traced via the tracking number you receive after placing your order.

Pick up Instore
If you have chosen "pick up at the store", then your package can be picked up with your order number in one of our stores.
Skateshop.be will not return any products before written contact has been made and an agreement has been discussed. You can exchange products within fourteen days and the costs incurred are for your own account (items not worn in new condition). With exchanges you are entitled to an exchange or a refund. The refund is without the included costs of the original packaging and shipping costs. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items in which it appears that they have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. This does not affect your legal right as a consumer but is an addition to that. Make sure that all returned items are properly packaged and not damaged by the mail. Make sure that all returns are sent with a traceable, insured service, because we cannot take responsibility for items that were damaged or lost during shipment.
