All shipments are processed by GLS Belgium with FlexDeliveryService. Your package will be sent to the address provided with your order. With the FlexDeliveryService, GLS informs you when that you can expect a delivery. You can then choose between different delivery options. Your package can be traced via the tracking number you receive after placing your order.
Standard delivery time: 1-3 business days.

Pick up in store
If you have chosen "pick up in store", then your package can be picked up with mention of your order number in one of our stores.
Skateshop.be will not return any products before written contact has been made and an agreement has been discussed. You can exchange products within fourteen days after placing an order and the costs incurred are for your own account. Only items not worn and in new condition can be returned.
With returns you are entitled to an exchange or a refund. The refund does not include the cost of the original packaging and shipping and can also, if desired by the customer, be converted into a discount code for the purchased items to be used on a subsequent purchase. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items of which it appears that they have been worn, washed or are simply not in their original condition. This does not affect your legal right as a consumer but is an addition to that.
Make sure that all returned items are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during shipment.
Make sure that all returns are sent with a traceable, insured service, because we cannot take responsibility for items that were damaged or lost during shipment.
The above information only relates to the return of products purchased at www.skateshop.be. Items in the categories 'Skateboards' and 'Sales' cannot be returned. Nor can items purchased through a raffle be returned.
