These rules are available for inspection in all our stores and are displayed when entering the competition.

Article 1 – Organiser

The “Win Your Outfit” competition is organised by Hurray Retail BV, with its registered office at Europark-Zuid 7/C, 9100 Sint-Niklaas, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0599.985.382, hereinafter referred to as “the organiser”. The organiser operates the stores under the name Skateshop.be.

Article 2 – Competition Period

The competition runs from Saturday 19 September 2026, when the stores open, until Sunday 4 October 2026, when the stores close. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

Article 3 – Participation

Participation is free of charge and no purchase is required. Participation is only possible in the organiser’s stores by scanning the QR code displayed in the store and completing the entry form in full.

Only one entry per person is permitted. If the same person submits multiple entries, only the first entry will be taken into account. Incomplete forms or forms containing incorrect information are invalid.

Article 4 – Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 13 or older who reside in Belgium. Participants under the age of 18 require permission from a parent or legal guardian. The organiser may request proof of this permission before awarding the prize.

Employees of the organiser and its stores, as well as persons living in the same household as them, are not eligible to participate.

Article 5 – The Prize

The prize consists of one complete outfit from the autumn collection with a retail value of €700 (including VAT), selected by the organiser. The winner may choose the sizes, subject to availability.

There is one winner across all stores. The prize is personal, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be exchanged for other items. If an item is no longer available in the requested size, the organiser will replace it with an equivalent item.

Article 6 – Selection of the Winner

The winner will not be selected by random draw. The winner will be the participant who answers the knowledge question correctly and whose answer to the tie-breaker question is closest to the correct answer.

If several participants give the same answer to the tie-breaker question, the entry that was registered first will win.

The winner will be notified no later than Wednesday 7 October 2026 via the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within seven calendar days, their right to the prize will lapse and the next participant in the ranking will be selected.

Article 7 – Collection of the Prize

The prize must be collected from the store selected by the winner on the entry form within thirty calendar days following the announcement of the winner. After this period, the right to the prize will lapse. The organiser does not ship prizes.

Article 8 – Processing of Personal Data

The organiser processes the participant’s name, email address and answers for the purpose of organising the competition and contacting the winner. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of these competition rules.

The data will be deleted no later than three months after the end of the competition, unless the participant has separately given consent to receive the newsletter. This consent is voluntary, is separate from participation in the competition and may be withdrawn at any time.

Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase and transfer their personal data and may object to its processing. Questions or complaints can be submitted via [privacy email address]. Complaints may also be submitted to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse/Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.

Article 9 – Images and Video

The organiser will only take photographs or videos of the winner with their prior written consent. In the case of minors, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is also required. Participation in the competition does not constitute consent.

Article 10 – Social Media

The competition is announced on social media but is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta (Instagram, Facebook) or any other platform. Any questions regarding the competition should be addressed exclusively to the organiser.

Article 11 – Exclusion and Misuse

The organiser may exclude a participant in the event of fraud, misuse, multiple entries or the provision of incorrect information, without any compensation being due.

Article 12 – Liability

The organiser is not liable for technical failures, loss of data or other circumstances beyond its control that prevent participation or the awarding of the prize. If the competition is modified, shortened or discontinued for such reasons, no compensation may be claimed.

Article 13 – Acceptance

By participating, the participant fully accepts these competition rules. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results. In situations not covered by these rules, the organiser will make the final decision.

Article 14 – Applicable Law

These competition rules are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district in which the organiser has its registered office.
